2016 is almost at an end. It was an exceedingly traumatic year for many, including you, my dear. All who endeavoured to expose the Cabal have suffered. I know that it has taken its toll on you, my dear, but the fact that you survived all that was directed at you, proves that the truth will triumph. Humanity is finding the strength to investigate all that those who believe themselves to be 'in power' impose on you. The REAL controllers, who pull the strings for your puppet governments, are being exposed and eliminated. It will take time for the human race to fully understand how this evil Cabal changed the course of human life on Earth. They changed your history in order to confuse you. There is a need to know your true history, as well as who you are and what is expected of you. Nothing (and I do mean NOTHING) you were taught about your history, is true. All those that you were taught to hold in high esteem are, in fact, your captors. Every time you make a sign of the cross; you are actually saying "I AGREE TO THIS BONDAGE. I AM YOUR SLAVE". This is why you see the cross everywhere, to remind you of your bondage. The Cabal understands just how the human mind works. They have established countless ways of controlling it. Do not play their games which have been designed to enslave you.
Religions are but different mind games, also designed to enslave you. Serve, instead, the Prime Creator, the source of all creation, who awaits your call to free you from the Cabal, and to protect you from further attacks. I assure you the Cabal is losing ground. France and Ireland, and other countries, are now formulating plans to withdraw from the Cabal's EUROPEAN UNION. This proves that the awakening is happening. The release from bondage is underway.
More proof that vaccinations cause autism has been published in California. This is a fact. It is further proof that, far from being good for you, these vaccinations cause great harm. A Couple Forced To Destroy 40-Year-Old Pond On Property Because Government Owns The Rainwater

Jon and Sabrina Carey live in Butte Falls, Oregon, on 10 acres of land. Though they only purchased the property two and a half years ago, the pond that resides there has been in place for 40 years. Now, the couple is being told by the government that they must destroy the two-acre pond.

“I basically bought a lemon,” said Jon in an interview with the Mail Tribune. “That’s how they explained it to me.” The Jackson County Watermaster’s office informed the couple that they don’t have any water rights to the pond.

They have tried pleading with the Medford Water Commission to adopt the pond and treat it as a municipal water source. The commission has rights to the watershed around the Careys’ property, where a large quanity of ponds are located, as well as Medford’s primary water source, but Jackson County Watermaster Larry Menteer has opposed the idea because of the example it would set.

The Careys are asking for the Water Commission to grant them a permit for municipal storage, so that the water could be used for emergency firefighting, wildlife habitat, and as an additional source for municipal needs. They have assured officials that they won’t use the water for their own purposes, but simply just want to save the pond, as without it, their property will be immensely devalued.

The Water Commission will be taking the couple’s request into consideration Wednesday, though the staff has reportedly recommended denying them.

The couple have made public their suspicions of water leaking from the Eagle Point Irrigation District canal above their property, which they believe may be seeping into their pond as a result.

Sabrina Carey said she looked into country records prior to buying the property, and it was clearly stated that it had a pond.

Jon Carey also said that, upon deciding to grow medical cannabis on his property, he had to prove that he had a viable water source. This is when the water master’s office informed the couple that the pond violated state regulations, and that the previous owners didn’t have a permit.

“When you’re honest, they take everything away from you,” Carey said, who is also concerned that, if they don’t receive some form of rights over the water, they could suffer severe money issues. “Now they want to put me in debt just to get rid of it,” he said.

The couple has now stopped using pond water, and because their well ran dry, they have been trucking water in from Butte Falls for their household and garden needs.

The Careys are among many other people in the watershed who have had issues with the water the government claims is theirs.

Eagle Point resident Gary Harrington was sent to jail for 90 days as a result of illegally holding onto about 13 million gallons of illegitimate rainwater. Harrington had created several ponds on his property, building docks for one complete with stocked largemouth bass. He said the water would help with fire control and prevention, but this didn’t go over well with the government, according to a “1925 state law [that] dictates that the water belongs to the Medford Water Commission.”

“The reservoir on Ms. Carey’s property, though small, is one of the largest in the area,” the Careys’ attorney, Sarah Liljefelt, said. She stated that, in the past, the pond has been used for fire suppression, and is accessible to fire trucks from Butte Falls Highway. Liljefelt also noted that the pond has been an important source of water for beavers, otters, elk, deer, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, bald eagle osprey, great blue heron, snowy egret, Canada geese, and the western pond turtle.

“This pond seems to be doing way more public good than not being here,” said Jon Carey. “Why, now, is it so important to be removed?”

Our food supply is being compromised and bastardized by corporations who profit handsomely by feeding the American public ever-more processed, modified, and chemical-laden foods. As if this were some kind of revolving door conspiracy, when food makes us sick, we spend more money on healthcare, and a look at the most prescribed medications of 2016 make it clear there is a direct link between poor food and poor health in America.

The 2016 list of the 50 most prescribed medications in America, as reported by Lowest Med, includes among the top ten, nine medications used to address health problems that can be primarily associated with an unhealthy diet.

The list includes the following:

Medications for hypertension, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and heart problems:

Atorvastatin Calcium
Lisinopril
Amlodipine
Simvastatin
Metoprolol ER
Losartan

Medications for acid reflux and digestion issues:

Omeprazole

Medications for diabetes:

Metformin

Medications for hyper-thyroid/autoimmune disease:

Levothyroxine

This is quite telling, as the health problems represented in this list are largely linked to diet and lifestyle issues. hypertension, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol are linked to diets which result in obesity due to the intake of fatty, salty foods along with poor exercise habits.

Acid reflux is preventable with a proper, non-acidic diet, however, the type of foods that contribute to reflux are quite common in the American diet.

Diabetes has quickly become a major national health issue, and while few institutions will venture to say that diet is the cause, it is widely suspected that diets high in sugar, processed sugar substitutes, and starchy foods will most certainly lead to diabetes, food is driving the rise in this health condition.

What may be considered remarkable in this list is that while one may suspect mental health medications and pain pills to be represented, the top 10 is all about general health issues caused by dietary issues.

There are natural alternatives to many of the leading pharmaceuticals, however, in order to see the benefits of using food and natural supplements as medicine total lifestyle changes, including major changes in how we view and think about overall health are necessary. Unfortunately, many doctors today recommend the pharmaceutical, palliative model of healthcare hoping to give patients instant results by managing symptoms, and too infrequently help people to change their habits and outlook in order to achieve optimal health.

Now that we are able to see a direct connection between food and pharmaceutical remedies, we have all the evidence we need to make the necessary lifestyle changes to experience true health and wellness without such expensive dependence on the pharmaceutical establishment.
