As
you continue to experience the quickening that has been happening on
your planet, many of you will be experiencing new depths in your
feelings and understanding of the world. This can be taxing on your
system as the effects of these new deeper feelings emerge. You will get
through it and it is an important part of your growth, so try not to
resist it as that will just make drag it out. Ripe off that band-aid and
you will be through it very soon with new thoughts and feelings
emerging.
Whenever
you feel scattered or overwhelmed, just stop and take a minute to
centre yourself. Focus on your breathing and connect with your body and
allow the light of love to cleanse every cell in your being, connect
with the earth and feel the beautiful relief that comes over you as you
let go of what is happening around you and connect within. From this
still point of connection, return to your day, carrying with you this
healing energy.
The Mantra for today is:"Mother Earth nurtures and provides for me all that I need and through this strength and wisdom, I can do anything!"
And so it is
You are dearly loved and supported, always, the angels
